What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?
Clinical Hypnotherapy uses Hypnosis to to treat and relieve
various psychological and somatic problems. Various approaches are used,
including both permissive and non-permissive techniques, NLP, visualisation,
and other methods.
How can the Clinical Hypnotherapy Help?
When hypnotised, you are neither asleep or awake, but feel
a great sense of relaxation. You will be in an altered state of consciousness
so that useful suggestions may be made to your unconscious mind. Even
when hypnotised you will be able to reject suggestions if they are not
useful and you cannot be hypnotised against your will.
It is estimated that around 85% of all age groups will readily
respond to Clinical Hypnotherapy.
